Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

StudioLinks is an app for running a dance studio. This document explains exactly what data is collected, why it is needed, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it.

In short: we collect only what the studio needs in order to work. We do not sell data, do not show ads, and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Who is responsible

The app is operated by StudioLinks. For any privacy question or request: ozsms123@gmail.com.

Note the division of roles: the studio you joined decides who its members are, which groups exist, and what content is posted. We provide the tool and store the data on its behalf.

What we do not collect

Who can see your data

Your data is visible only to members of your studio, according to the permissions set there. There is no public content in the app: no open profiles, no search across studios, and no way for someone outside your studio to see anything.

A group marked private is hidden even from other studio members. Permissions are enforced on the server, not only in the interface.

Service providers

We rely on the following services, each receiving only the minimum required:

When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your name and email address only — never a password. We do not sell or rent data to anyone.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on cloud servers in Europe. Because our providers operate globally, data may also be processed outside Israel and the EU, subject to those providers' terms.

Retention

Data is retained while the account is active and for the duration of the studio's activity. Studio-related content — such as attendance history or messages sent to a group — remains with the studio after a member leaves, so its records stay intact.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app, without contacting us:

Profile → Edit profile → Delete account
Deletion requires two confirmations so it cannot happen by accident.

After deletion: your identifying details are permanently removed or replaced with an anonymous value, photos you uploaded are deleted, your access to all studios is revoked, and the account can no longer be used to sign in. The process is irreversible.

Studio owners: if you own an active studio you will first be asked to transfer ownership. This is a deliberate safeguard so a studio with active members is not left without a manager.

Your rights

You may request at any time to:

Contact ozsms123@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Minors

A dance studio usually includes dancers under 18. Joining a studio requires approval by a studio manager, and a parent can be linked to a child's account after such approval.

Registration is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may contact us or the studio with any request regarding a minor's data, including its deletion.

Security

Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Permissions are verified on the server on every request, not only in the interface. We do not store passwords in plain text. That said, no system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated inside the app.
