Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the StudioLinks app. Using the app means you accept them.

1. The service

StudioLinks is an app for running a dance studio: class schedules, groups, shows and projects, attendance, tasks and internal announcements. The service is provided as is, and we continue to develop and improve it.

2. Account and joining a studio

• Registration is by email, Apple account or Google account.
• Joining a studio requires approval by a manager of that studio.
• You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
• The information you enter should be accurate — particularly your name, by which studio members identify you.

3. Roles and permissions

What you see in the app is determined by your role in the studio. The studio manager decides who belongs to the studio, which groups exist and what permissions each person has. We provide the tool — decisions inside the studio are the studio's.

4. Content

• Content you upload remains yours. You grant us permission to store and display it solely in order to operate the service.
• Do not upload content that is offensive, threatening, infringing or unlawful.
• Do not upload photographs of other people — especially minors — without their consent or that of their parents.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.

5. Subscription and payment

• The subscription is purchased by the studio owner only, through the App Store or Google Play.
• Dancers, teachers and parents pay nothing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation is done in your account settings in the store where it was purchased, not through us.
• Refund policy is Apple's or Google's, depending on the store used.
• If a subscription is not active, access to the studio may be blocked until it is renewed. Data is retained.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

• attempt to access data of a studio or user you are not authorised to see;
• interfere with the service or circumvent technical limitations;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• copy, reproduce or resell parts of the service.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or failures at our infrastructure providers.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, including data loss or financial loss.

Responsibility for the accuracy of information inside a studio — schedules, attendance, announcements — lies with the studio and whoever entered it.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a material breach of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update, and material changes will be communicated inside the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
